May 23 (Reuters) - EasyFill publ AB  EASYb.ST : 
    * Says will start two companies in the United States, EasyFill Holding LLC in Delaware and 
EasyFill America LLC in Fort Worth 
    * The holding company will be 100 pct owned by EasyFill AB  
    * EasyFill Holding LLC and Marco Company, Fort Worth, Texas, will each hold 50 pct of
